Our Experience
Our experience spans health information exchange, healthcare interoperability, provider onboarding, implementation, training, workflow development, EHR connectivity, and healthcare technology optimization.
That experience includes implementing and supporting Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) initiatives, Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) efforts, electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs), Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) integrations, encounter notification services, and panel procurement and management for notifications and other HIE use cases. We have worked directly with physician practices, health systems, post-acute organizations, HIEs, EHR vendors, and other healthcare organizations to integrate HIE services into existing EHRs and clinical workflows.
We also bring hands-on experience working across a wide range of EHR and healthcare technology platforms, including Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks (eCW), PointClickCare, and many others.
That experience includes working with physician practices, health systems, post-acute organizations, HIEs, EHR vendors, and healthcare organizations across multiple states.
